OUR STORY

A workshop tradition, exported to the world.

Sialkot has shaped surgical steel for over a century, and Fine Med Instruments carries that craft forward — combining hand-finishing with modern CNC precision to produce tools that hold their edge, cycle after cycle.

We manufacture directly, which means no middleman markup and full control over material, tolerance, and finish from raw steel to the final polish.

WHY FINE MED

Built in Sialkot. Trusted past the border.

Stainless steel, done right

Surgical-grade 410 and 420 stainless, hardened and electro-polished to resist corrosion through repeated autoclave cycles.

Craft passed down, not outsourced

Instruments are shaped by artisans trained inside our own workshop — not assembled from bought-in parts.

Every piece inspected by hand

Before packing, each instrument is checked for edge, alignment, and finish under a trained eye, not just a machine pass.

BEFORE YOU ORDER

Common questions from new buyers.

What's the minimum order quantity?

MOQs vary by instrument, typically starting from small trial batches for new buyers up to bulk container orders for established distributors. Tell us your volume and we'll confirm.

Can you produce to our own drawing or sample?

Yes — send a drawing, a physical sample, or a competitor's catalogue reference and we'll match size, finish, and function, including custom markings and private-label packaging.

What finish options are available?

Mirror polish, satin, and matte finishes are all available, along with gold-plated or tungsten carbide inserts on select instruments where extra grip or cutting durability is needed.

How do you handle shipping and documentation?

Our export desk prepares commercial invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin, and coordinates freight to your port or door — by air or sea, depending on order size.

Tell us what your operating room needs.

Send your instrument list, drawing, or catalogue number and our team will quote within one working day.
