Surgical instruments made for the hands that trust them.
Fine Med Instruments forges, grinds, and polishes precision surgical, dental, and orthopedic tools for hospitals and distributors across the world — built to ISO and CE standard, one instrument at a time.
A workshop tradition, exported to the world.
Sialkot has shaped surgical steel for over a century, and Fine Med Instruments carries that craft forward — combining hand-finishing with modern CNC precision to produce tools that hold their edge, cycle after cycle.
We manufacture directly, which means no middleman markup and full control over material, tolerance, and finish from raw steel to the final polish.
Six disciplines. One standard of precision.
Every instrument leaves our floor electro-polished, inspected, and packed to the specification of the surgeon who will hold it.

Common questions from new buyers.
What's the minimum order quantity?
MOQs vary by instrument, typically starting from small trial batches for new buyers up to bulk container orders for established distributors. Tell us your volume and we'll confirm.
Can you produce to our own drawing or sample?
Yes — send a drawing, a physical sample, or a competitor's catalogue reference and we'll match size, finish, and function, including custom markings and private-label packaging.
What finish options are available?
Mirror polish, satin, and matte finishes are all available, along with gold-plated or tungsten carbide inserts on select instruments where extra grip or cutting durability is needed.
How do you handle shipping and documentation?
Our export desk prepares commercial invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin, and coordinates freight to your port or door — by air or sea, depending on order size.
